The first competition is in the winding skills competition area, and the competition begins after the competition team announces the competition rules and draws lots into groups. From meticulous wiping equipment to winding, membrane introduction, parameter setting to process monitoring, it is carried out in an orderly manner, reflecting the superb skills and professionalism of the players at all times. The clock in the judge's hand ticks, and the players monitor the winding link and spot check the finished core from time to time. With the referee's "time is up", the first group of matches is over. The referee team stepped forward to score the players according to whether the completed quantity was consistent with the required quota, whether there was a scrap quantity, and the quality of the product through the on-site testing equipment. After more than 4 hours of fierce competition, all 4 groups of players completed the competition.

Followed by the CBB65 workshop semi-finished product assembly collective competition, through the introduction of the competition organizing committee, the event is several assembly lines collective PK, which can better reflect the tacit understanding of team cooperation, the coherence of the process up and down the handover, the downstream quality requirements for the upstream process, only the perfect cooperation of the whole line can make exquisite quality. The assembled group competition players were enthusiastic, focusing on the welding, oiling, assembly and other aspects of each product's parts, and the movements were so smooth and precise. Looking along the production line, high-quality products are perfectly formed with the flow of the process, which makes the spectators have an urge to try it too.

The CBB60 workshop finished product process collective competition once again pushed this competition to a climax, the contestants in the neat automatic assembly line from equipment debugging, material equipment, testing, drying sheath, lettering, external inspection, all actions are accurate and fast, the degree of team cooperation is extremely high.

The competition was successfully concluded with the care and support of the leaders of the labor union of the Municipal Development Zone, and with the cooperation of technology, quality, equipment, administration and other departments. The whole event lasted 2 weeks, 3 competition areas, 4 working days interspersed, a total of 8 events, more than 80 employees, 2 team champion teams, 3 individual awards.
